Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

Gramkyl Academy operates on a foundation of professional respect and compliance with Canadian consumer standards. We understand that your goals can shift, which is why we provide a clear, fair process for cancellations and refunds.

1. The 10-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with Canadian provincial consumer protection guidelines, all program enrollments are eligible for a 10-day satisfaction cancellation window. During these first 10 calendar days following your initial registration payment, you can cancel your enrollment for a full, unconditional refund of 100% of the funds paid.

2. Post-10-Day Cancellation

If you choose to cancel after the initial 10-day period has passed, a prorated refund may be issued depending on the number of completed mentoring modules in your stream. Please submit a direct inquiry to discuss custom schedule deferments or partial balances.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To initiate a cancellation and request your refund, please follow this simple procedure:

  1. Send an explicit email to [email protected] using the subject line: Cancellation Request - [Your Full Name].
  2. Provide your receipt invoice number or the date of your payment transaction.
  3. Our support team will process the request and confirm your cancellation within 24 hours. The refund will be credited directly back to your original payment card or processing source within 5 to 7 banking days.
