We strictly limit collection to details voluntarily provided during assessments: First Name, Last Name, Email address, Phone number, and specific speech style choices. We do not gather secondary metadata or purchase third-party mailing lists.

4. Use of Third-Party Processors (Formspree)

Our online assessment intakes utilize the secure software pipeline of Formspree, Inc. (USA). The information you submit on our contact forms is transmitted and stored in Formspree's secured databases. This data handling meets local PIPEDA requirements through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and robust USA-Canada-India data protection bridges.

5. Retention Policy

We retain your contact details solely for the duration of your active curriculum. Should you choose not to enroll following your assessment, your submitted form fields are completely purged from our active directories within 90 days.

6. Your Access and Rectification Rights
