By enrolling in our programs, you recognize that the physical corporate backend and payment processing pipelines are structurally processed under Indian corporate frameworks. Any formal administrative complaints or legal filings must be addressed to our primary registration offices in India.

3. Intellectual Property

You maintain absolute ownership over your recorded voice, structural scripts, branding names, and ideas created during your training. Gramkyl Academy claims no ownership over your broadcast streams or materials.

4. Pricing & Canadian Taxation

All prices displayed on this domain are structured in Canadian Dollars ($ CAD). There are no surprise recurring monthly subscription charges. Payments are processed securely via verified international payment pathways governed by our central headquarters.

5. 10-Day Statutory Cooling-Off
